
Post Citizenship Additions
St Kitts and Nevis citizenship is hereditary. This makes it possible for family members such as spouse, child and siblings to be added later at any time after the main applicant obtained citizenship. This process is subjected to additional fees.
Government Fees for Post-citizenship Addition Applications
From January 2023 onwards, for non-accelerated post-citizenship addition applications after the approval of the main applicant’s CBI application, the government fees payable will be adjusted as follows:

Addition of spouse: US$20,000

Addition of a minor born after approval-in-principle but before citizenship is granted: US$10,000
For accelerated post-citizenship addition applications after the approval of the main applicant’s CBI application, the government fees payable will be as follows:

Addition of spouse or other qualified dependant: US37,500

Addition of a minor born after approval-in-principle but before citizenship is granted to the main applicant: US$22,500
Due diligence
For the main applicant initial due diligence was conducted in excess of one year prior to application of spouse/child/sibling: $4,000
Dependent over 16: $4,000
