Interior INTERIOR The rules of interior Caribbean design are simple: everything should say easy, breezy and light. With an open plan design and tasteful decorations, Stardust delivers just that. Great Room/Kitchen: The kitchen (10’ x 17’) is outfitted with locally made cabinetry, granite counter tops and modern appliances. The generously sized living area measuring 18’ x 32' has ample seating. The vaulted ceiling and twin double doors that opens to the veranda adds to the spaciousness of this room. It is tastefully decorated with neutral tones and splashes of bright Caribbean colours. Bedrooms/Bathrooms All bedrooms are ensuite with large double doors that lead onto the verandas. Exterior EXTERIOR The outdoor living area is where Stardust comes into its own. With an oversized wrap around verandah and sizeable pool deck, this is an excellent area to lounge or entertain while observing Nevis’ West coast. The pool, which is 20 feet long with at dept of 6’4”, is an excellent place to indulged in one of the island's favorite pastime, watching the Nevisian sunsets.
Property Note PROPERTY FEATURES Island living is not complete without adequate outdoor living space, one of the many features Stardust has to offer. From the veranda, you will enjoy uninterrupted views over the surrounding lowlands out towards the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts. Stardust was constructed to comply with Dade County building specifications. In particular, the roof joists are all tied into the concrete ring beam with rebar steel loops, and the glass in the doors and windows is all laminated. The garden was landscaped with the planting of several types of palm tree including Royal Palm, Bismark Palm, Foxtail Palm, Coconut Palm and Arica Palm to provide shaded areas. There is also a specimen pink Cassia tree imported from specialist growers in the USA. It is worth noting the different varieties of mature hibiscus. Stardust has additional security in the form of a Honeywell security system, three camera Blink surveillance cameras and additional Truth locks on all windows. In addition to bug screens on all windows retractable screens are fitted to all French windows and a hinged screen on the front door. The bespoke kitchen furniture, granite topped breakfast bar and worktops were all made by local craftsmen. The infinity pool was increased in size and depth to make the most of the commanding outlook to St Kitts. The covered deck was increased in size to provide a more flexible dining and seating area again to take advantage of the outlook towards St Kitts.
