Overview
We understand the need to ensure your loved ones benefit from St. Kitts-Nevis citizenship. As your authorised agents, we ensure the process is handled efficiently. We are extremely familiar with the latest requirements as prescribed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). The process involved is largely based on particular circumstances which are outlined below:
A spouse to whom the Citizen by Investment was married prior to becoming a citizen of St. Kitts and Nevis:
The application will be processed by the CIU. The Citizen by Investment and Spouse will both be required to undergo due diligence. The due diligence fees are $7,500 each and application fees are $250 each. The Government fees to add a spouse are $30,000. The approximate processing time for this application is three (3) months.
A spouse to whom the Citizen by Investment was married after becoming a citizen of St. Kitts and Nevis:

The Application may be processed by National Security Secretariat for a fee of $375 if three years has elapsed after issuance of the Certificate of Registration to the Citizen by Investment. The applicants will need to undergo a statutory Marriage Verification Process. The approximate processing time of this type of application is up to two (2) years. These applications cannot include applicants or spouses whose place of birth is Iraq, Iran and Russia, Belarus, North Korea or Afghanistan.

Alternatively, the Application can be processed by the CIU. The Citizen by Investment and Spouse will both be required to undergo due diligence for a fee of $7,500 each and application fees of $250 each. The Government fees to add the spouse will be $30,000.
