Mr. Johnson founded and was the and Managing Partner of Johnson & Associates and brought with him a wealth of experience and a diversified practice. He was a qualified Barrister and Solicitor and Notary Public for twenty-one (21) years. From May 1996 to December 1997, Mr. Johnson worked as an Associate in the Law Firm of Joseph S. Archibald & Co. in Road Town, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. In January 1998 he returned to St. Kitts and was employed as the Chief Legal Officer of the National Bank Group of Companies, until January 1999 when he joined the firm of Lee Moore and Associates. During the period August 2001 to October 2016, he was a Partner at the firm of Dublin and Johnson.
Mr. Johnson’s areas of specialization at the firm included Citizenship and Immigration, Conveyancing and Real Estate Property Transactions, Corporate and Banking Business and Company and other Business Formation.
Mr. Johnson was also the President of the St. Kitts Nevis Football Association having been first elected in 2009 and re-elected in June 2013 and again in June 2017. During this period the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis rose to its highest ever position on the FIFA International Rankings and secured scholarships and professional opportunities for a number of young St. Kitts and Nevis local footballers.

It is with profound sadness and regret that we inform you that our beloved Mr. Anthony L. Johnson, Managing Partner of Johnson & Associates Law Firm, passed away suddenly on Sunday October 3, 2021. Mr. Johnson has made an indelible mark on the legal, business and football landscape within the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis and beyond. It is as a direct result of his entrepreneurship, hard work and diligence that Johnson & Associates Law Firm was created. Under his tireless leadership, Johnson & Associates Law Firm has grown tremendously and is widely recognized as a preeminent firm in Saint Kitts and Nevis. He was the consummate professional and epitomized great service and outstanding stewardship. At his core, he believed in forging exceptional personal and business relationships and worked assiduously towards achieving this. Mr. Johnson was a philanthropist at heart. We owe him an immeasurable debt of gratitude. Please be advised that despite this unfortunate occurrence of Mr. Johnson’s passing, Johnson & Associates Law Firm will remain operational under the same name. Mr. Johnson had taken care over the years to ensure that the firm would be prepared to continue in his absence. We wish to assure our valued clients that their matters will be dealt with in the same professional manner that has been synonymous with Johnson & Associates Law Firm. We look forward to honouring the legacy of Mr. Johnson by maintaining the provision of excellent legal and professional services.
