Mrs. Vadeesha T. N. John-Brookes 🇻🇨
Partner
Mrs. John-Brookes is a Partner at Johnson and Associates. She graduated from the Norman Manley Law School in 2015 on the Principal’s Roll of Honour and was the recipient of The Sir Henry I. C. Browne Prize for having the best combined performance over the two years in Civil Procedure and Practice, Criminal Practice and Procedure, and Trial Advocacy. She is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor having been called to the Bar of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in November 2015 and the Bar of St. Kitts and Nevis in November 2016. In September 2015 to July 2016 she worked as a Legal Officer at the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Mrs. John-Brookes was assigned to the Civil Asset Recovery Division of the FIU and consequently was primarily responsible for the making of Cash Detention and Forfeiture Applications, Applications for Production Orders, Restraint Orders, Property Freezing Orders and Recovery Orders in the Civil Jurisdiction of the Court. During her stint at the FIU, Mrs. John-Brookes was successful in receiving Forfeiture Orders for in excess of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars Eastern Caribbean Currency (EC$250,000.00). She was also the attorney involved in the first Property Freezing Order obtained in the jurisdiction of St. Vincent and the Grenadines pursuant to their Civil Asset Recovery Provisions as contained in their Proceeds of Crime Act. Mrs. John-Brookes’ areas of specialization at the firm include Civil Practice and Litigation, Criminal Law, Matrimonial Matters and Debt Collection.

Mr. Shabazz M. Johnson 🇬🇧🇰🇳

Mr. Johnson was called to the Bar of St. Kitts and Nevis in December 2016. Mr. Johnson is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International and Commercial Law from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom and a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. In 2015, he completed his legal internship at the law firm of Gonsalves Parry where he served for ten (10) weeks. Mr. Johnson’s areas of specialization at the firm include Citizenship by Investment, Escrow Services, International Law, Probate and Succession and Conveyancing and Real Estate Transactions.

Mrs. Knicolia Huggins 🇯🇲
Paralegal
Mrs. Huggins is a qualified paralegal having obtained her Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of the West Indies Open Campus, St. Kitts. Mrs. Huggins was previously employed at the firm of Lee Moore and Associates from October 2000 to August 2001. Subsequently, she joined Dublin and Johnson in August 2001 and worked there until October 2016 when the firm was dissolved. She therefore brings with her sixteen (16) years of experience.

Ms. Avril Blanchette 🇰🇳
Paralegal
Ms. Blanchette is a qualified paralegal having obtained her Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of the West Indies Open Campus, St. Kitts. She is also a Certified Real Estate Agent having obtained certification in The Real Estate Salesman Course from the University of Technology, Jamaica. Ms. Blanchette was previously employed at Dublin and Johnson for fourteen (14) years.

Ms. Karema Warner 🇰🇳
Legal Assistant
Ms. Warner is our in-house Supervisor of Titles & Securities. During her sixteen (16) years in the legal field Ms. Warner has obtained a wealth of experience. At Johnson & Associates, she is largely responsible for liaising with our Attorneys, clients and our client lending institutions with respect to the drafting and execution of Security documents. Ms. Warner continues to expand her abilities through her recent successful completion of various courses at the University of the West Indies Open Campus, more particularly, Customer Service, Business Writing & Communication and Office Administration: Principles and Practises.

Mr. Oge Samuel 🇰🇳
Legal Assistant
Mr. Samuel is the holder of certificates in Customer Service Certificate and Business Writing & Communications, from the University of the West Indies Open Campus, St. Kitts. Mr. Samuel was previously employed as an Office Assistant at Dublin and Johnson from 2008 until October 2016 when the firm was dissolved. He therefore brings with him over eight (8) years of administrative experience. Mr. Samuel is largely responsible for physically liaising with many external institutions on the Firm's behalf, on a daily basis.

Ms. Roniesia Gumbs is responsible for, inter alia, for incoming leads consisting of potential clients from all over the world. As our Citizenship Client Officer, Ms. Gumbs understands and can explain the requirements, procedures, benefits, and nuances of the citizenship by investment program of St. Kitts & Nevis. Ms. Gumbs utilizes this knowledge to identify the most desirable solution for each of our clients. Ms. Gumbs benefits from a wealth of previous experience and training in the citizenship by investment industry. She also holds a Certificate in Business Writing & Communications from the University of the West Indies (Open Campus).
